Why
Cooked eggs are a good source of protein and healthy fats. Most veterinarians recommend cooking eggs fully, because raw eggs can carry Salmonella and raw egg whites may contribute to biotin deficiency. Eggs are calorie-dense, so overfeeding can cause weight gain, and some dogs are allergic to egg protein.
