Can dogs eat milk?
Why
A few tablespoons of cow's or goat's milk on occasion are generally safe, but many dogs are lactose intolerant and cannot fully digest it. Larger servings can cause diarrhea, vomiting, and loose stools, and milk's fat and sugar can contribute to obesity and pancreatitis. Some lactose-sensitive dogs tolerate small amounts of cheese or plain yogurt better.

A few tablespoons of milk on an occasional basis; avoid offering a full bowl.
